Job description:
Process Purchase Requisitions and turn them into Purchase Orders in ERP systems
Follow-up and monitor Purchase Orders for the sites and offices in scope
Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data and maintenance of the system
Day to day interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Respect quantitative, quality and timing targets for the assigned tasks
Profile:
Very good English and Finnish language knowledge
Bachelor (or working towards) in commercial / financial / supply chain education
Ability to work with high volume of data
Previous experience in Shared Services environment will be considered as an advantage
Experience with ERP systems will be considered as an advantage
